It's been estimated that up to 85% of autistic individuals are either unemployed or underemployed? They are people like Victor Wear Co-Founder & Chief Brand Ambassador, and Isaiah Hamilton - a teenager who's straight A student, gold-medal winning swimmer, talented artist, competitive bowler, and video game designer/coder.
Despite his many talents, Isaiah, like the majority of autistic adults, will struggle in the working world. Together, Isaiah and his mother, Tiffany, Co-Founder of Victor Wear, are working hard to change this reality.
Victor Wear is an inspirational activewear brand and social enterprise dedicated to empowering and employing the autism community. We aspire for our enterprise to be run by differently-abled employees. We envision a world where everyone - regardless of ability - is seen, heard, understood, respected, and accepted, just as they are - and has an equal opportunity to thrive in the working world and in life.
We realize this vision through
5 key initiatives:
● Victor Wear Apparel is our inspirational activewear brand that celebrates resilience and disability pride and is primarily run by differently-abled employees.
● Social Impact Swag and Corporate Gifting for your employees and customers that promotes your brand while also creating jobs.
● Victor Wear Expo: This annual public event showcases the products and services of disabled-led businesses and connects these and other businesses to talent in the disability community
