Event Setup & Teardown – Help vendors and employers with booth setup and cleanup.

Ticket Scanners & Registration – Greet guests, check them in, and hand out programs.

Ushers / Wayfinders – Direct attendees to booths, sessions, and quiet spaces.

Quiet Room & Sensory Support – Provide gentle guidance and ensure accessibility.

Resume Reviewers / Mock Interview Coaches – Share your expertise with job seekers.

MCs / Stage Hosts – Keep the energy high and the program flowing.

ASL Interpreters – Provide sign language interpretation for sessions.

Photographers & Social Media Volunteers – Capture and share event highlights.

Videographers / Documentarians – Record the story of the Expo for the world to see.

Marketing & Outreach Volunteers – Help spread the word by contacting schools, agencies, and employers; build outreach lists; and support exhibitor recruitment.
