We have the following opportunities available:

  • Event Setup & Teardown – Help vendors and employers with booth setup and cleanup.

  • Ticket Scanners & Registration – Greet guests, check them in, and hand out programs.

  • Ushers / Wayfinders – Direct attendees to booths, sessions, and quiet spaces.

  • Quiet Room & Sensory Support – Provide gentle guidance and ensure accessibility.

  • Resume Reviewers / Mock Interview Coaches – Share your expertise with job seekers.

  • MCs / Stage Hosts – Keep the energy high and the program flowing.

  • ASL Interpreters – Provide sign language interpretation for sessions.

  • Photographers & Social Media Volunteers – Capture and share event highlights.

  • Videographers / Documentarians – Record the story of the Expo for the world to see.

  • Marketing & Outreach Volunteers – Help spread the word by contacting schools, agencies, and employers; build outreach lists; and support exhibitor recruitment.

  • General Support – Step in where needed to make the day run smoothly.

  • Volunteer Coordinators – Manage all volunteer efforts, including organization, training and onsite support.
